April 16, 2025 – MAPPA Co., Ltd. has announced the appointment of a new external board member and an executive officer, effective April 1, 2025.

External Board Member: Yuichi Fukushima
Background: After working at GONZO and A-1 Pictures, he joined CloverWorks, working as an animation producer on numerous works. He currently serves as Vice President of CloverWorks Co., Ltd. and President of JOEN Co., Ltd., where he is actively involved in the planning and producing anime projects.

Executive Officer: Motoi Okuno
Background: His career began at Welz Animation Studios, working as a CG animator and production manager on various TV animation and full-CG productions. He joined MAPPA in 2017 and has since served as 3DCG Animation Director on major titles including Chainsaw Man and Attack on Titan Final Season.
