CEO GREETING

What gives characteristics and vigor to a work is the passion to “create”,
which originates from one’s love and desire to express something deeply.
Under this principle, we have been producing numerous works
while respecting the originality of each creator.
We wish to create an environment in which the energy to cherish things
that inspire and strongly drive one’s emotions can be exerted to the fullest extent.
In order to realize such an environment, we are putting our best efforts not only into strengthening in-house production
and establishing education system for each department, but also into enhancing both the quality and efficiency of our works.
We hope that many talents will gather here, and with their “creative vitality” to consistently produce new works,
we aim to become a production studio with global competence.

STUDIO & DEPARTMENT

  • Physical Production

    We take care of materials, schedule, budget, and quality control. To bring the production to completion, we mediate other departments while building a wide range of knowledge and experience.

  • CGI

    Our department comprises of 3DCG,Art, Coloring, Cinematography, Editing,and Design. Our strength lies in in-house production in which the goal images are shared with all creators involved.

  • Directors

    We are in charge of directing the creative work site, including the storyboards. After gaining experience starting from episode directors, our members are eventually promoted to directors.

  • 2D Animators

    We take care of drawing both by conventional hand-drawing and by digital tools. Although subcontracting to freelance animators is the current mainstream, we actively adopt employee system.

  • Rights Management

    We are responsible for illustrations, merchandises, and advertisement of our titles. Furthermore, by coordinating our events with original goods, we enrich opportunities to enjoy our works.

  • Production Development

    We take care of preproduction tasks while constructing business schemes with domestic and global partners. We also involve overseas creators in our production to enhance the creativity of our titles.

    企画開発部｜Production Development

We are in charge of in-between animations and coloring works by digital tools.
CGI department will also be set up to complete our internal production line. As the industry has been growing along with overseas market, we aim to increase employment to prepare for rising demand. In cooperation with educational institutes, we provide employment opportunities in the Tohoku region.
